Sermon on the Mount - Love Your Enemies - Jason Paredes

We all want to be shown mercy when we hurt others, but we all want those who hurt us to be

shown justice. But this heart will cause us to reap what we sow, a selfish, hate-filled heart. Christ’s sacrifice for undeserving sinners shows us what perfect love looks like. And if Jesus is our King, then in his kingdom, we must display his perfect love by loving those who least deserve it.

Though this is humanly impossible, when we receive his perfect love, we can then give it.
